Or externally at

Events/Initiatives Outcomes:

1st,2nd & 3rd Quarter - Know Your Numbers:

1st Quarter= 57 participants was the initial calculation of Know Your Numbers for 2010; Total new and returning participants for 1st & 2nd qtr = 45. Fifteen individuals returned in the 2nd quarter from 1st quarter.  The participant's results showed improvement in body mass index, weight, blood pressures and resting heart rate when compared to 1st quarter.

Total new and returning participants for the 3rd qtr = 37.  Again 15 participants have returned.

Remember, if you can’t make the next quarterly scheduled dates (Oct 4-7), you can monitor your numbers anytime by stopping in the Touring Medical department.
