Employees can come and find out the numbers associated with their blood pressure, body composition, girth measurements, body weight, body mass index and resting heart rate. These sessions will take place 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. on, Oct 4 in Softail Medical and Oct 5 and Oct 6 in Touring Medical.  If you are unable to make the quarterly Know Your Numbers times Oct 4-6, come to the Fitness Center Orientation last Wednesday of upcoming months beginning July 28th or stop by Touring Medical any time.
